is this the fabled Naag tuugsadey ? a man who was infamous for his ability to dance and smooth talk the women in the mogdisco night scene it is rumored that half the city are descended from him and after the civil war he continued his exploites in the states before returning back to the country
and now he wonders the streets of the country's many cities and town performing his dance moves and luring in unsuspected xalimos to him.
