Cyclists of SSpot, what bike do you recommend for a 2k budget ?

Summer is around the corner and I’d like to get back and feel that breeze in my hair (before the Bidaar reaper comes later on). Thinking of an e-bike and know that you shouldn’t get one below $2000. I cycle 29 miles every other day on Lime (the bikes you can hire in city) and thinking of just buying my own. Would only be riding ONroad (flat surface). Love to hear from other cyclists if y’all in here. Budget can stretch to 2.5k
