It is not for the Prophet, and those who believe, to ask forgiveness for the idolaters, even though they be kinsmen, relatives, after it has become clear to them that they are inhabitants of the Hell-fire, for having died as disbelievers

I'm not saying one should make dua, im saying that you are not allah so you do not have any right to condemn someone to hellfire.

It is simple

Whoever associates anything with Allaah in an act of major shirk is a kaafir who is beyond the pale of Islam, and if he die in that condition then no doubt Hell will be the destination
