Creating a new car company back home

I have had this idea a long time now. What if you create your own car in somalia, i mean you can easily buy the spare parts of the car from abroad(but the long term goal should be to start manufacturing the spareparts at home)

This can create a lot jobs for the locals, also i think africans should start making their own brand cars. I see a huge potential. What you think about this
