Crazy sixr story

I read this story on twitter like two years ago about a Somali guy doing sihr on a Nigerian Yoruba chick based in who is muslim for talking bs and openly disrespecting Somalis while using the muslim card to openly to show her Somaliphobia but claims she has Somali friends. My take on this is haram what he did but don't blame him as you have minority of Somalis who allow shisheeye muslims to disrespect Soomaalida through banter.
