Covid carriers ignoring quarantine

I know several Somalis who tested positive and they are not at all self isolating. What do we do about these people? They’re putting peoples parents at risk.

It isnt "several" people, its almost everyone. No one seems to give a shit about the virus. There have been qabils breaking out corona virus patienta out of hospitals. Because they dont want someone from their qabil to be imprisoned?
