Look at the overall numbers, maybe of the 10 Djiboutians who bothered (probably with legit reasons) got in.

Some countries, mainly Syria and Eritrea, they let in practically everybody. Others like Russia, China, Djibouti etc you have to have a legit reason (gov is after you because of your social/political category).

But truth be told Habesha people are lucky they live in the most liberal and coolest cities in the US states its very strange how there are literally no Somalis in all of Florida, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Francisco NYC, im yet to meet Somalis that live in any of these places (working or studying in those places are not included) im talking about a community or at least a somali family that you know of live there.

Suprisingly USA barely have many somalis other than Minnesota, but way more Habesha people theyre at 260,000. Horta i always wondered why somali people were located in racist midwest states but all the Habesha's were located in cool states e.g DC, LA, NYC, San francisco, ATL? I have a feeling is because the government who did the whole locating somalis wanted to start conflict and tension between the cadaan redknecks and refugee somalis and knew habesha people will interegate with everyone else thats why theres barely any in white populated states looool

It's got nothing to do with that. Churches in mn wanted to convert muslims and with the war in somalia they lobbied the government to take somalis in. most of these churches were in mn however somalia generally used the help to get to america and then rejected Christianity once they got there.

You definitely have a point !! but you cant deny what i said, they knew majority of Somalis were nomadic muslims and with the whole war//wahabism taking over Somalia and Somalis displaced the Government took that as an advantage and purposly placed them in the most white populated states (Minnesota, Maine, Ohio) to cause tension and problems which did happen even to this day. But if what im saying is wrong than tell me why werent Somalis placed in LA, NYC, Miami but Habesha people live are the majority there answer me this.

Yes my dad went there for a work trip and he has never seen so many Habesha people in his entire life it was as if he took a trip to Addis Ababa lol how many Ethiopians are in DC alone? because theres virtually no somalis there my dad told me, is strange why the government didnt group Habesha and Somali people in the same location. Theres somalis in New York. I was Born in New York Astoria had a somali community back in the early 2000 even though its a mostly greek and egyptian area, Theres a lot of somalis in San fran and also a small community in LA.

i know theres a very small community in buffalo new york oh and i had no idea there were any Somalis in nyc because when my dad went to new york no one knew what a somali was it was awkward lol they all thought he was african american or ethiopian. but i apparently heard there were few somalis in DC in the late 80s but almost all moved to Canada because they heard there was welfare over there lol. And wtf theres no somali community in LA i would have known or heard im pretty sure theyre Oromo and also there is no somalis in san francisco/oakland dont get san jose confused most of the ones in san jose are qaxootis

Yes your correct with your point but you never know what their intentions were another key i forgot to bring is welfare they needed to make sure minnesota was a welfare state to attract the Somalis because think about if they placed Somalis in like you said NYC the Somalis would probably move to Canada because Toronto is not far away from NYC and Canada was known at that time as a welfare country i dont know thats just what i assume because the Somalis that was displaced around the states in the early 80s all moved to Canada when they heard the give out welfare
