Only in the Politics index is were Somalia shares high % of similarity with those countries you mentioned. However, in terms of geography, lifestyle/culture, demographics e.g then Somalia has far more in common with shitholes in the Sahel & Horn of Africa...with Djibouti coming out on top, due to sharing very similar demographics/culture e.g with Somalia.

The map they created for Albania is fairly accurate as well, since Albania has a strong affinity towards other Balkan states, Italy and Turkey[especially Western Turkey] because of the highly similar demographics [Albanian/Balkan ancestry is really common in Turkey & Italy], geography, lifestyle/culture etc.
