1. The Council of Presidential Candidates are not satisfied with the Government's handling of NISA Cyber Security Head Ikran Tahlil's murder.
2. They don't accept or appreciate blaming AlShabab for her murder
3. They demand that NISA's leadership is replaced (Fahad Yasin, Kulane Jiis etc) with trustworthy individuals the public is happy with
4. They demand that an International Committee that is independent of Government interference is named to investigate this case.

Another murder needs to be investigated, a young soldier defected from Farmaajo's Forces during the opposition uprising and joined the rebel army. He was kidnapped and found buried in a ditch in a residential area. His mother and uncle were arrested after they questioned security forces. NISA is evil and Kulane Jiis and Fahad need to be investigated thoroughly.

Didn't Prime Minister Roble try to fire NISA Deputy Kulane Jiis but he was blocked from doing so?

Who has jurisdiciton? This a problem with a an ambigous presidential system who appoints prime minister who then appoints ministers. I think NISA is under a minister who is appointed by PM. Rooble do a cabinet reshuffle. Unlike Xiirane, the Af Maay Tedhe speaking PM from Gedo, who got fired for his reshuffle, Rooble has nothing to worry about from a lame duck parliament. Then the interior minister fires NISA chief/deputy.

FGS needs regular order. Beesha Baladweyne were complaining about the interior minister, whose family is from Baladweyne community, taking his orders from NISA instead of the other way around


Expect an independent investigation into Ms Tahliil case as long as Rooble wants it
