Another murder needs to be investigated, a young soldier defected from Farmaajo's Forces during the opposition uprising and joined the rebel army. Didn't Prime Minister Roble try to fire NISA Deputy Kulane Jiis but he was blocked from doing so?

Who has jurisdiciton? This a problem with a an ambigous presidential system who appoints prime minister who then appoints ministers. I think NISA is under a minister who is appointed by PM. Rooble do a cabinet reshuffle. Unlike Xiirane, the Af Maay Tedhe speaking PM from Gedo, who got fired for his reshuffle, Rooble has nothing to worry about from a lame duck parliament. Then the interior minister fires NISA chief/deputy.

FGS needs regular order. Beesha Baladweyne were complaining about the interior minister, whose family is from Baladweyne community, taking his orders from NISA instead of the other way around


Expect an independent investigation into Ms Tahliil case as long as Rooble wants it
