This is old news actually. Saw this report break 3 years back. Crazy how they got it all on tape.

Look at this:

“Can you tell me why I’m being arrested?” one of the teens asked.

“Because I feel like arresting you,” Weber replied.


Yes that right there is part of the police culture in America. Some of the most unprofessional abusive brutes you will ever come across , we even saw this recently with the 5 memphis black cops.
