Ethiopia is industrializing for the last 10 years, they rapidly grow and now if we want to catch up to them, it would need a civil war (in Ethiopia) to stop them.

I don't think they will be that genocidal, lawless to kill Somalis (openly) when Ethiopia is now having an international spotlight.
