@codewebsduh u really don't understand politics. A bill is 'proposal' not a 'law'. Learn the difference. Somalia is far important to America then Somaliland. That's like saying the UK is important and not the EU. They will vote on it and it will be rejected just like the UK DID. This is Muse Bihi trying to 'distract' n 'extend' his presidency.
