The Dhulos are reer waqooyi and culturally closer to the Waqooyis. Although tribal connections should be stronger, especially amongst Somalis. The problem with Puntland is the administration waxaa isku dhii dhiibo Maxamud Saleebaan. Why not make a non MJ or MJ yar yar president?
