You seem to hold personal grudges against those miskiin people, going through a rough time. Instead of belittling them, we need to help them overcome the barriers that's preventing them to get in shape
A first step is taking appropriate steps, including changing their diets. If they grab a salad, during their busy schedules; they need compliments for choosing the right path, not being side-eyed by judgemental people of your ilk. I start to feel sympathy for them, when I read hurtful comments like yours. #StopBodyShaming
Also 'fat person' is an offensive term. We need more compassionate terms like 'overweight person caused by trauma' or other more correct descriptions
