If they did the whole world would have been muslim because then Europe would have been fighting a war on 2 fronts against muslim forces. They were struggling for a long time on one front agaisnt the ottomans. The only thing that stopped ottoman expansion was logistics and not being able to progress in winter so they stopped expanding past Austria but with andalusia logistics would have been a non issue.
