Command Centre of 27th Division of Hirshabelle gives updates on recent offensives against AS

Command Centre of 27th Division led by Gen. Ahmed Mohamud Alasow Tareedisho gives updates on the 27th Division of SNA that operates in Hiiraan and Middle Shabelle.

He states that the offensive in Farlibaax has been successful thanks to local Macawiisley that have helped as well as securing the road from Beledweyne to Farlibaax.

He also states that an offensive has began in opening the road Beledweyne to Matabaan.

On Middle Shabelle side he states that they have been operating on the road that connects Jowhar to Balcad, and have taken over tuulos that were occupied by AS such as degaannada, Mukay Dheere, Shanloow iyo Dhagaxoow that come under Balcad District.

Hirshabelle must unite to liberate the road that connects Beledweyne to Jowhar and Muqdisho to revive our economic sector as Hirshabelle connects southern to northern Somalia.

Guul inshallah

Heard that gunmen killed three soilders guarding qatari workers who are building the road from Mogadishu to Balcad

I saw AS video of them conducting raid on Hirshabelle MPs and also Turkish and Qatari workers operating on these roads. They are ruthless.

Beledweyne (Hirshabelle Business Capital, Largest city) to Mogadishu is 342kms, this is just a temporary since we as Hirshabelle State are without a port we are so close to Mogadishu.

This will be if we build a port and our roads are free from AS.

How things are right now which I can’t comprehend and see how much expenses a Hirshabellian goes through just to get stuff down from Bosaso, what incentives do we get except wasting time and money because AS blockaded our roads? Why drive almost 3x the length because of AS? We need to think of a long term solution and liberate our roads and revive our economical sector which is the main roads that connect south to north and also a port which we definitely need as a FMS.

I believe even if Beledweyne to xamar road is built in the near future, it would only take 3 hours to travel that distance so cadale port isn’t a extreme necessity for us hirshabellians compared to states like galmudug that take hours to go to bosasso or xamar

Damn, I don’t know if they read this thread but SNA crushed AS in Baardheere town in Hiiraan which opened the first chapter of this road. This has been blockaded for very long time.

Coordinates of Baardheere town in Hiiraan: 4°36'36.0"N 45°19'48.0"E

The road now between Beledweyne and Baardheere is free which is about 25kms from each other. The ultimate goal of this offensive continues is for Beledweyne and Buulobarde to be open to each other.

Our next goal should be opening Baardheere to Halgan

Garcaad port will serve you guys well. Less road time and less money to travel.

no it won’t bug off. My family in jowhar and mahaday already use Mogadishu port which takes 2 hours to arrive. Why the hell would we travel 14 hours for garcaad port which only has half a dock :ayaanswag:
