It's a biscuit. Tbh, casariya is a bunch of macmacaan, sambuus, bur, put in a to go bag. Caano barawe is my favorite but it's pretty much sugar and caano in a cube. My dad taught me all about it he said he used to eat it all the time in Xamar. Xamar cadcad mostly make it. In Toronto we have an casariya spot

I've never heard of burbur. We only say bur for flour and what you guys call quraac.
