It can only be achieved through a shared volition, and common accord. However, Sub-saharan Africa needs to wield its incredible diversity as a weapon through establishing divergent nation-states that reflects its diversity while operating and sustaining a fractal network and accord. Africa needs a BLACK AFRICAN NAZI MOVEMENT to take hold of EVERY ethnic-nation and work to prop up a series of Black Hitlers and Afro 3rd Reichs through the continent. Every ethnic group having their own piece of the pie, fostering cultivation through trade.
