No excuses. I’m not going to hate for the sake of hating. At least after the civil war you guys reconciled with reer awdal, harti and built a functioning state.

The same can’t be said for the south. The tribes and elders couldn’t come to an agreement and let the worst in society run rampant. We couldn’t even form a qabiil based government for the south let alone a nation one, hence why the Islamic union became the saving grace after 15 years of warlord rule.

Isaaq the only mistake they made was that they should have evolved into an inclusive form of government. And especially after the early years they should’ve made political parties free of qabiil but united on the hormar of Somaliland as a whole. Then you would’ve been a viable state that in actuality has formed a new Somali state rather than a clan fiefdom.

I have no hate for isaaq. Not everyone that disagrees with you has a deep seated hatred. I understand why you want your own separate state and not wanting to be ruled by other Somalis. Siyad Barre and the conflicts during the civil war caused a lot of pain for everyone and thats why centralism is going to be a long difficult road to get back to, that’s if we ever get back to it.

Laakin you guys stabbed all Somalis in the back with the Ethiopian navy port and economic zone shenanigans. Muse Biixi didn’t just put the sovereignty of Somalia in danger, he put the sovereignty of SLand and the future of Somalis in Sland under danger.
