Christianity is a really bizarre religion

With concepts such as the holy trinity and original sin, it isn’t straight forward like other religions. But it makes sense that it requires mental gymnastics to explain the death of a man who claimed to be both God and his son and his mother was a virgin, according to the bible.

Original sin becomes pointless if jesus died of old age. And the trinity is a creation of the church as an explanation for the various claims by jesus.

Jesus is the son of God he is the human incarnation of God, fully flesh whilst fully divine, it's not mutually exclusive within Christian doctrine.

Christians believe when Jesus died his soul continued to exist, his body/flesh was simply a vessel for his soul, illustrating his divine nature (incarnation of God).

The idea of original sin is that due to Adam and Eve going against God all humans have inherited their sinful nature, so humans are naturally inclined to sin (sex before marriage, do drugs etc...). But there are some early christian writers like Pelagius that disagreed with this idea and believed humans weren't naturally inclined to sin, but learnt it through witnessing it around them.

I don't get your last statement about original sin being pointless with jesus dieing? Jesus was killed, he didn't die of old age.

A lot of Muslims and Jews see them as polytheists.

Muslims are closer to Jews technically.

The only good thing about Christianity is that it's more flexible, more spiritual/less strict than Islam, though that also kinda makes me believe in it less too.

Islam is the last of the religions, Christian and Judaism. Islam has a lot of Christian prophets and recognizes Jesus in some way, Christianity has some Judaism concepts. Neither Christianity or Judaism recognizes things in Islam.

Compare the way Christianity is practiced and the way Judaism is practiced, it's clear Judaism is closer to Islam, even Jews think so.

Yes this is true. Jews never go near a church but if they can’t find a synagogue they’ll pray at a mosque because they recognise Muslims as monotheists and people of the books.

They don’t recognise anything in Islam because Islam came way later then both religions (Islam is only around 1400 years old, Christianity is 2022 years old and Judaism is the oldest being nearly 4000 years old). You can’t really believe in certain concepts of a religion that’s almost 2 (more then 3 in Judaism case) times younger then yours.

Eh I don’t have much respect for that religion ever since I found out they were scumbags since the Middle Ages (most likely even before that).

If you learned about European history, you’ll find out these Catholics let people pay a huge amount of money for a stupid paper that would help them not to end up in hell. Priests also live lavish lifestyles

I listen to Christian radio when i drive, but only when they are quoting bible verses, because i want to learn the gospel, but i can always tell which one is fake and which one is real judging by when the verses say Jesus died on cross or he is God etc etc


I like the Psalms though, very rich with lessons and knowledge revealed to David/Daud pbuh even those u have to be very careful not take in everything
