I don't think so. USA will not. China is just traumatized and also their govt structure has full 100% control of its citizens, so they can afford it. IN USA we have freeedom

They are going crazy over Omicron. They force you to do swab tests everywhere you go and they will jump back and look at you crazy if you do so much as to cough and I’m not even talking about a loud cough. They can even refuse service to you or simply ignore you if they see you coughing. It’s madness wallahi because this variant is pretty mild compared to the previous ones.

Also in China people avoid taking covid tests because if you do and you are found to be positive, your family, the people in your circle that you interact with & your workplace will be forced to quarantine. A lot of people around you will be affected and forced to quarantine. If someone in your apartment complex was found to be positive guess what? Now that whole building is on isolation. The only positive side is that they do not force vaccinations unlike in the West.
