@DR OSMAN These are the types of things we need. Not cheap plastic goods. What is stopping someone from acquiring the license for these solar panels and making a plant to produce them in Somalia? What's stopping PL gov from buying a contract from that individual and partly nationalizing it then setting up solar power plant somewhere in Bari?

Im no expert but wouldn't sand and dust just cover the whole thing after a couple of weeks. Also wouldn't it cook or blind any bird flying over it.

I believe at certain altitude this isn't an issue, for birds I've got no idea. Do birds in Somali go far inland? I always assumed they are near the coast or in places that have a little bit of greenery

Birds live everywhere, they're more common in the hinterlands
