Child marriage are allowed in the United States

There was a thread on here made by @Nak-Muay-Kru about how there’s an agenda to normalize “pedophilia” (sex under 18) and everyone in that thread was panicking. What Many people here don’t know is that Child marriage (marriage under 16/18) is legal in most states with Parental consent & the consent of a judge, and many minors have legally been married to Adults in the United states and this does take place.

Although the age of consent is 18 in most states, there’s no minimum age of marriage in most states. So if you wanted to marry an 11 year old, it’s legal with parental and the judge’s consent. It’s been estimated that 200,000 minors have been married off legally. An 11 year old Black girl was legally married to a guy in her 20s and had 5 children by 16.

A 13 year old White girl has legally been married in Tennessee:

"In fact, with parental consent and a judge’s approval there is NO minimum age to marry."

The states vary but many state laws do actually allow Minors to get married to Adults with Parental & Judicial Consent. Three 10 year old girls have legally been married in Tennesse to Adult males and there are cases of 12 & 13 year olds getting married to Adults with their parents consent & the Judges approval.
