It depends honestly, the number one reason why people don't have kids today is simply because its too expensive and takes too much time in this modern world. Korea is the best example of this. Humans naturally want to reproduce, like every other living organism. If people really don't want to have kids, then how do you explain the global population boom in the 19th century?
