You are right. Seems most of us in this thread don’t have the Arabian variant
Went through it and found I had rs41525747 C/G so it works atleast

"It’s common in Arabian Peninsula, North-East Africa, and parts of East Africa populations that historically practiced pastoralism." Wonder if it was spread by pastoralist Cushites into Arabia.

Yeah, seems I got the the alleles confused when I used GPT's help. 23andme uses a different system from these studies:

A is the ancestral allele, C is the derived allele. . And it seems none of us have it.

Wallahi, it's been so long since I bothered SNP hunting. I should have checked SNPedia. Thank you, walaalkay. @Xareen your Wawat larp is back on. Granted, we still have Arabian T-L208, E-M84, J-P58 and mtDNA HV1b1 lineages that make it pretty apparent Somalis have at least some clear post-Copper Age admixture from Arabians specifically.

@Garaad Awal My bad, walaal!

Cushitic admixture across the Red Sea most likely. Plenty of Cushitic paternal & maternal lineages among the Yemenis & Hijazis.
