i don't understand why Somalia/land don't safeguard land, make plans and visions. My local boruough has visions for lands in the area that are brownfield and derlict and plan how much houses, jobs they can create from it. they plan for 40/60 years in the future. Crossrail etc.
Heck look at hargesia and look at he main road, theirs no road reserve the land next to roads have been heavily built, you can't expand it the two way road is basically a lane in uk terms.
