Change the position title from President to Governor of federal state of XYZ

Why do we have 6 presidents ( 7 if you include SL)? Only one position title which is the president of the federal government of Somalia is required and the leaders of the Federal member states should be addressed as Governor. That's more sufficient for a country like Somalia. I'm not saying to change the actual system in place, which should be in my opinion, but one thing that should be changed immediately is the position title.

Ethiopia has 11 governors who call themselves president but only 1 executive PM the Somalia Italiana governors can keep their president title but give all executive powers to the PM. XSM becomes pm . Fire the JSL fugitive and give his deputy pm seat to Xamze.

At least Ethiopia's federalism makes sense and is actually the best type of country to implement federalism. different ethnic groups with different languages, religious and cultural beliefs and ways of life. Clan federalism is useless but considering Somalis tend to fight 24/7 we should just give it a go. But what we have now isn't federalism but clan semi-confederalism.

Qoslaaye should do something. I fear he will waste 4 years instigating PL/GM wars to maintain support from beesha dhexe without addressing fundamental issues like how how HS/GM have fewer senate seats than JL/PL, the senate is unfair by giving 30% of seats the Madoobe/Formaggio/Deni community while beesha dhexe gets 20% of senate seats etc.

I am a supporter of going a step forward and moving to confederalism. They should keep the title as president as well as the overall president of somalia being rotated by the different states.
