government you could but Somalis are only a oral society, we still lack the facility of record keeping. Unfortunately the maternal line got lost on both sides of the parental line. People hardly can name their paternal grandfathers grandmother.

If Somalis want to change the dynamics and norms of their social conduct and thinking a transformation is needed in how we use the paternal patriachal abtirsi to atleast counter the negatives in our actions.
