Ceerigaabo Sanaag conference begins

This is a win for the north in general. WB would never be able to sustain an offensive on ceerigaabo especially since they are now politically and logistically isolated with their only ally being hundreads of kilometres away in Villa Somalia. This is also a win for Warsengeli, they continue to have their presence in SL and PL whilst also possessing nearly half of the mp’s in WB in the event that it actually materialises into a real state. Warsangeli is not easy :trumpsmirk:
What about Las qoorey, who controls it, WB needs a port

The port of Las Qoreey cannot even handle medium sized fishing vessels it’s a non factor. Coastline or no coastline if they don’t have some magical investor to build a deep water port they will just continue to use the Port of Bosaso for serious imports and exports.

Also WB does not need a port? It does not even have that large a population or economic output to demand it. Maybe the gold will change that.

No the thing the Majority people harti in ceerigaabo district today are mostly dhulbahante allot of them left yes but dhulbahante only lived in ceerigaabo district some of them still do in contrast to warsangali. The diffeeence between dhulbahante and warsangali the warsangali live predomently in sanaag region places such as badhan laasqoray hadaftimo xingalool dhahar ceelayo and even as far as buuraha galgala majiyahan which is bari. They focused mainly to make badhan their Capital that’s why allot of them left you are right the warsangali fought the most against snm in the 1990s that is true sanaag but dhulbahante live only in two villages in Sanaag where they are the majority masagan fiqifuliye where as warsangali have entire district. The thing is woqoyi bari wants to use warsangsli big lands in sanaag to claim sanaag but they can’t in reality there are only 3 clans that can claim sanaag warsangali habaryoonis and habarjeclo in terms of influence i think i also think sanaag is equally half half if we talk about the gobol sanaag it’s between isaaq and darood how ever ceerigabo is no longer disputen i believe it had comletly fallen in the hands of isaaq I don’t see how any one can change unless how ever majeerteen and warsangsli combined attack it and there is an isaaq internal conflict between hy anf hj like we saw in ceelafweyn. Ur right woqoyi bari is essential just sool with out caynabo I don’t think warsangali trust to govern their land

WB does not need a port. Now as for the gold thing I was saying that them developing a proper gold mine (as gold has been discovered in Sanaag) get's made then they will have a real need to get a port up there.

As it stands though, WB can easily use the Port of Bosaso for all it's large scale exports (mostly of livestock), it has great road access to the port and already uses it.

Let me paint a picture for you sxb. PL, SL, JL and FGS all have 1 thing in common. GM, KG, HS all have something similar in common. That is, the first group all has ports for income. The second group doesn’t, that is why both QoorQoor and LaftaGareen were appointed by Farmaajo using Ethiopian troops and Gorgor/Haramcad. Why do you think Culusow is fighting your charcoal uncle in Kismayo so hard? He knows he doesn’t need to worry about the others. In fact, JL was supposed to give up Kismayo port to FGS as agreed upon, but Blackie reneged knowing what it would mean. So sure, WB can use Bosaso, although they seem to prefer Garacad, but if they want to be a stable landheere state that can’t be interfered upon, then they need their own port otherwise they risk being used constantly and never developing. As for the gold, don’t buy the hype. It will never amount to much unless it’s in industrial scale and has governmental documentation. This artisanal gold mining they are doing now in certain areas is a joke. They are just looking for attention and investment.
