This scaffold has no counterweight, scaffold ties, or HANDRAILS!!!!!
I looked at it again and I can't tell if its on wheel or not.
Special kinda wheels
Like the use of brown glass instead of the garish blue and green colour glass they use everywhere! Also they used tile cladding instead of alluminum cladding which is a big plus!
