Im having difficulty grasping why theres friction in the first place. Both harti, hardly bloodshed between us historically, they were integral part of the formation of the state itself, gacal harti ah, neighbors. It would be the perfect state with hardly any other non-harti(no shade at tanade or awrtable). What do they see in isaaq over their brother's?
