Out of curiousity, I wonder if it's the same in S/land as well. Much of the animosity and beef in Koonfur beyond the usual had a strong theme between those pro Gaalo/foreigners and those that were Anti foreigners Gaalo fiercely. Those few Gaalo raac in the latter group were ostracised heavily.

I know Garaxajis in general were the most fierce in Somalia and partook in countless battles against gaalo even in Hobyo against the Italian mercenaries. I met a few families that have settled there since those days and are still there, is the theme as strong up there ?

@Inquisitive_ This dispute was mainly about land dispute rather than political. Politically though we do support different
parties (WADANI and Kulmiye) in the area.
