No, he’s not. He’s an caadan racist from england who runs multiple accounts dedicated to keeping up with minorities. He saves the videos/posts minorities make on other social media platforms and reposts them onto twitter while his followers attack them in the comments & post racist commentary. He’s a bum who has accepted that it’s over for daadkiisa so he trawls the internet looking for content posted by minorities so he can feel better about himself. I can bet it’s disgruntled Somali trolls on this site and on Twitter who sent this to those accounts and asked them to post it. They all hover around the same circles as those degenerate meme, race science, and edgelord shitpost accounts. They definitely didn’t get it from following actual Somali conversations.
People who keep turning this into a qabil thing clearly don’t understand the voting demographics. The Somali population in Minneapolis is only about 7–8K out of 430K total residents. Omar said himself he got around 6,000 Somali votes, while Jacob only got a few hundred. Somalis showed up for him and even then, they make up less than 1% of the total electorate.
Omar got 65,377 votes overall, while Jacob got 73,723. So even if every single Somali who voted had gone against him, the outcome wouldn’t have changed.

There is something that those of yall not in Minnesota need to understand. Minneapolis is just one city within the greater Twin Cities metro area. For context, the population of the entire metro is over 3 million, while Minneapolis itself has only about 400,000 residents. Only a fraction of the Somali population in the metro resides in Minneapolis and can vote for mayor, and most of them voted for Omar Fateh.
The truth is there is just not enough of us in Minneapolis as a proportion of the overall population to be able to move the needle like that. We're literally only 1% of the State's population. Most of Fateh's voters were white people. The same goes for Ilhan Omar, the majority of her voter base is white people.
We've got too many clout-feigning circus monkeys on social media from other diasporas who literally can't even speak Somali properly, hence why they speak in English, posting baseless videos claiming Fateh lost because of Somali division. May God curse those people. Who needs enemies with people like that among us?
