It's a good try but I think you need to go over the Somali alphabet again. Other than that, I can tell you speak Somali well so it should be relatively easy for you. Here is what I could understand that I re-wrote although some of them don't make sense:

HSM isn't even surrounding himself with competent people from any clan but rather yes men and yes women who can't/won't challenge his position on serious issues that he needs constructive criticism on in order to make informed decisions on. He is also known for avoiding public challenges and making moves slowly hence giving the impression that he is inefficient though he is making progress however slow it may be.
