Saudi Arabia is the perfect example. 33 million and of those 33, 9 million are foreigners who live there and work but they don't have any citizenship. Somalia could be a little diverse like Saudi but foreigners are not allowed any citizenship but instead have to have a residence permit and they would not be the majority.

Healthy We have a high amount of Autism that only became noticeable when we moved abroad because research isn’t as prevalent in Somali. Scientists are still trying to find out why. And that’s genetic disorders if we talk about cholera, TB and malaria than boy lol

That red/orange/brown stuff on teeth is not genetic but caused by the poor water filtration in Somalia.
Open mouth stuff is cultural as people imitate each other. It is not genetic. Noticed diaspora Somalis do this much less.
Somalis don't have more bidaar than other populations in the region. Big forehead does not equal bidaar.
Many of the other things you mentioned can be easily countered with exercise and good nutrition.
