I deal with it too man take a lot omeprazola but get scared of sides it impact bone density. And previous heart burn medicine Zantac increased of cancer and got pulled. Also had h pylori which I got treated. Lately trying low fodmap diet but being discipline tough

This is probably caused by H pylori infection which is the main cause of heartburn in poor countries.

I'm not exaggerating, 100% of cereals produced in Somalia are literally poison.
I make sure to tell my family in Somalia to eat imported rice, wheat and pasta and avoid food produced inside the country.
