I told you guys, beware what you eat in Somalia, even halane doesn't touch anything there, so why would you? The business ppl are low IQ, they r killing their own local customers who develop diseases becuz of their petty minds of selling expired food-stuff and medications.

This isn't a high IQ country, u dummy. Beware what you eat or consume in Somalia if you cherish your life.

I don't want to even investigate the 'sanitation' situation as lots of preventable diseases grow and thrive in lack of sewage infrastructure or lack of proper sewage management.

These ppl are truly xoolos who can't even take care of their own xaar/kaadi and food/medication, even animals have a higher IQ then this.

Guy in the audio says there was a reer miyi guy that had stomach cancer so was tek for treatment to Addis Ababa? Is poor food quality reaching baadiyo now?

some of its bad genetics too. When I took the nebula genetics tests it told me I had 93% increase risk for ibs, diverticulitis , and colon cancer . I have all the bad stomach genes

second I think a lot of Somalia health issues caused by sugar. Most of the food back home organic. Unless it’s the rice and carbs which I think a lot of comes from UN

Somali hospitals struggle, so many people I know have died back home from being sick most never have cause of death. Especially with cancer so hard to diagnose without fancy labs biopsy and imaging. Even west struggles with catching before it’s to late

I feel sorry hearing these stories. I have witnessed this in Somalia myself. Healthcare is on a 4th world level. Only one Hospital (Dikfer) is up to standards and that one is insanely overcrowded with a long waiting list. Hopefully after the war on shabaab government can focus on the next important thing which is our national health system

If they only addressed public hygiene such as sewages, drains, littering, clean water, food/medication standardsd, this is where a-lot of disease grow and kids get infected and pass it on thru playing in it. But ur right even 3rd world can do this, so it's a 4th world Somalia. 3rd world only means shacabkooda ma firfircona dhinaca ganacsiga(industrious population) nothing else. Their govt is very effective

@Step a side they don't see or weigh up the short term benefits vs long-term losses, all they see the business ppl is short-term gain of sales, but not the long-term loss of harming their market by killing them off.

This an IQ problem. Mark my words the biggest business model in Somalia is 'quality', that is the 'edge' in every sector or industry, who-ever masters this, will retain the 'suuq' for himself and basically leave 4 dead any competitor locally/globally.

Even chinese saw their business model was flawed when selling low quality items becuz customers don't return, they realized the short term gain wasn't worth the long-term loss of client retention. So any business idea u hear in Somalia, 'gouge' the quality aspect and if ur certain it will be the highest quality and can win 'suuqa' trust, invest if I were u, that is a business model that will thrive as all customers will come running to it to escape the black market competitors.

Today there is not much 'new grand ideas' in business to create a new space 4 yourself only, tartanka waa 'quality' becuz quality means customer trust and long-term client retention. Don't look at just hard figures like potential revenue-fixed vs operating expenses-share return and duration of agreement and hope for 20-40% return yearly.

Look at the quality aspect of the business model vs competitors as that will guarantee client retention plus eliminating competitors who r black market. Also look at the business cycle from materials to final goods to transport to market phases, expansion potential, staff skill vs return on investment, etc.

Large percentage of the population back home suffer from heartburn. Some of my relatives experienced severe heartburn that they were taken to health clinics to get injectable omeprazole . I used to experience heartburn on and off but it went away permanently after migrating to the US. I wonder what is the real culprit.
