which means Canada will have the fastest growing black population in North America most of the black immigrants coming coming will most likely be African immigrants

I think most of the Africans immigrants nowadays are going to the prairies like edmonton Calgary and Winnipeg and also French speaking are going to Montreal/Ottawa Toronto is not as big a magnet for Africans like in the 90s
