I am thinking of moving me and my family and becoming expats. My uncultured uncle told me he plans to retire in Somalia and has pressured me to consider. He will live in the "rural areas" away from the city folk where there surprisingly is internet. I am tempted. I am strongly considering it

This country is run by a mentally ill (like his mother) narcissist (like his father). It's so sad what he has done. Have you seen how bad health care is now? Half the waiting room is full of elderly Indians on the Super Visa. It was so easy and quick to be seen by good quality doctors. My children can't live here. I'm actually thinking of protesting alone in front of Parliament to kick out these visa holders. I don't care anymore if I'm called a racist.

I'll look into it. I believe my profession is listed under the TN visa program. America is a little too divided on race and class though for my liking but it's a good option if I am able to.

There are some places in America exactly like Canada. You should look into Charlotte, NC. One of the best cities I've seen, not too many whites, not too many blacks and no Somalis at all with a million population.
