Unfortunately in the real word (not my opinion) it goes = Germanic Europeans (a.k.a western and northern Europeans) are first then white Americans, Eastern Europeans, southern Europeans, East asians, "white" South-Americans, black-americans, then arabs (the rich ones at least) brown South-Americans, Africans (including somalis) south east asians and South Asians.

Ok, that's fine but a lot of Somalis start hating on Arabs when they leave the Deen because, in their corrupted mind, Somalis worship Arabs and adopted their customs. The Somalis who claim Arab usually don't do so because they hate the fact that they are black Africans or something, it's solely a way to get your lineage connected to that of the best of creation our prophet ﷺ in order to obtain prestige among the believers and yes there is a possibility of some Somalis being actually descendants of the real Arabs.
