The human eye can see farther than 3 miles.. You can see stars light-years away.Interesting question but I think you can’t since the closest point between Djibouti and Yemen is around 13 miles and I don’t think humans can see that far the average human can see about 3 miles with their naked eye if Djibouti was on a higher elevation it would’ve been possible maybe but it’s flat desert land
