Yes. Severe means the person cannot function, sometimes even become crazy. Most of the crazy homeless people u see in the street- that's a severe Jinn possession

When i listen to Suratul Baqara i am high in imaan. It is so melodic and beautiful surah. So obviously i have nothing, but i feel i have something. Is it possibly the "good" Jinn?

yes not all possession is the same

some people function normally , they pray and read quran often but they don't have jinns screaming from them.
