Reasons to keep Xamar the capital

• security, strategically defendable

• financial, will be funding 70%+ of the FGS budget similar to how London funds U.K. Likely forever as it’ll be the financial capital. Where all major companies base themselves.

• strategically placed linking to beledweyne, baydhabo, Marka/Barawe/jubbada.

Why would you ever want to give this up if you’re the FGS. It’s the heart of Somalia
