Imagine if you were friends with a fat and unattractive woman for years you treated her right as a friend but lost touch.
You reacquaint through Facebook and damn she's hot now .
Got a stomach stapled lost 30 kg , plastic surgery to remove all the excess skin (she was a bit of a whale), also rhinoplasty to fix her hawk beak nose.
