Can ayone list me on how to do ruqyah on myself

I have been hoping to do Ruqyah on myself due to my anxiety and laziness since last year but haven't really performed it on myself. I was hoping if anyone can list me without showing me a youtube video kn how to do self ruqyah like for example do I seek refuge with Allah from Satan first than say Bismillah first, and than do the second part of tashhahud and than do rhe ruqyah? am I correct?
