Qabiil politics causes trust issues, eliminates national army, national identity, chaotic foreign policy, since every clan can make deals with other countries, it harms the country collectively, forces every clan to be dependent on foreign countries, who mostly have sinister goals.
So why the hell continue with this stupid Clan politics that punishes us collectively?

Its not tribe thats the problem imo. Its the tribalism. There is many other countries around the world that have tribes but theres no conflict. An example is Saudi Arabia where they openly have their tribes in their names ie al haashimi, al utaybi, al qurayshi but at the same time it means nothing more then a family name.

What has Somalia gained from tribalism? Nothing. Destruction and nothing else. Even the so called "Laandheere" Tribes are struggling. Its better we put Qabyaalad behind and focus on nation building which will benefit us all equally.

100% I agree bro. Somalia is "eat or be eaten". Your either predator or prey. I understand that this is the sad reality of Somalia. That is what put us Reewings behind due to our peaceful nature and also not being involved in politics but preffering to just live and focus on our farming. When living with Hawiye and Daarood which have a "predator" Mindset the only way we can survive amongst them is to adopt a similar mindset.

But what I was talking about in my previous post was in the Ideal case. Ideally if us Somalis put our Qabiilist mentality to the side we may have built a decent country. But looking at the current state of Somalia this is probably not gonna happen any time soon.

Thats true. Geeljire are more conflict orientated whereas farmers, fishers and occupational people are more peaceful. A man named Eng Saalax who is Geledi Digil put it perfectly. He said the problem in Somalia is not a tribal problem but a cultural one. Meaning those with the Geeljire culture are typically more violent and prone to wars whereas non Geeljires are more peaceful with Xeers and limits and bounds to prevent clan warfare.

The violent Geeljire Somalis occupying the land of the peaceful Farmer/Fisherman Somalis. The solution is simple Somalia is Maay and Maxaa. Maybe we should divide ourselves on Maay and Maxaa rather then 4.5. Maay=Peaceful Farmer clans (D&M+Bantu etc) Maxaa=Violent nomadic clans (Hawiye+Daarood+Dir).
