Amharas were already living in Jigjiga before Cagjar became president, and mostly were government employees and some business people. Amharas also live in all of Somali weyn, and the president of DDS can't just kick out fellow Ethiopians from other parts of Ethiopia including DDS. If Amxaaro expel Somalis from their state, then that is a different matter.
Cagjar is also a good president who is above the petty Somali politics and failed narrow nationalism. Peaceful DDS will allow the continuous development of the region and prosperous Somalis safe in their towns and cities.
