Do you really believe American society is all to blame for the socioeconomic problems in the AA community? Some of it seems to be definitely their fault as well.

I noticed myself that Somalis do best in ''bootstrap'' countries like Kenya or the UAE and fail miserably (compared to others in the same country) in welfare states like Sweden.

But when they introduced hard drugs to their communities it was over.
