It was Maxamed Siyad Barre who built Bosaso port and Garowe-Galkacyo highway. We didnt get shit you have a huge advantage while Cabudwaaq is landlocked between hutus and Cagdheers making transporting goods really expensive and dangerous. I think we have done great despite our situation
